Webfusion Ltd. is a leading UK web hosting Company. We are looking for a candidate to manage the Sales’ team’s performance and achievement of target, identifying, approaching and winning new clients. The responsibility of this role includes managing and developing relationships with clients through attentive customer service and sales development in order to grow the sales function within Webfusion.

Core Responsibilities

• Managing the Sales’ team’s performance, setting targets and managing achievement to required levels
• Ensuring pro-active outgoing sales calls are made to actively seek new clients
• Ensuring that incoming calls from customers are handled and successfully answered
• Maintaining a steady flow of contacts with potential new customers
• Generating a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
• Sourcing, building and maintaining client relationships through attentive customer service in order to grow sales
• Helping develop business plans to target activities which result in effective selling efforts and capture all potential sales opportunities
• Developing and maintaining knowledge and experience of relevant technologies

Experience required

• Minimum of A Level (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years experience managing a team in a target driven sales environment
• A track record of hitting targets, exceeding goals and developing new business relationships
• A demonstrable track record of creating new business
• Formal sales training
• B2C (business to consumer) sales experience
• Experience of IT hardware, software or consumables sales

• Able to work independently
• Confident, outgoing and consultative in your sales approach
