Webfusion Ltd. is a leading UK web hosting Company. We are looking for a candidate to manage the Sales’ team’s performance and achievement of target, identifying, approaching and winning new clients. The responsibility of this role includes managing and developing relationships with clients through attentive customer service and sales development in order to grow the sales function within Webfusion.

Core Responsibilities

• To utilise technical knowledge, customer service and sales techniques and tools to discourage downgrades, disconnects and cancellations
• To be aware of and to make all efforts to achieve company, individual and team targets
• To inspire customers and colleagues with a positive “can do” approach
• To manage the understanding, processing and resolution of customer requests using all available/appropriate tools to ensure delivery of world class customer service
• To actively liaise with customers to ensure that they are kept updated of their issue, providing both verbal and written responses where required, whilst ensuring documentation of any investigation
• To provide reports and feedback of activity, retention rate, reasons for churn, and suggestions and recommendations to improve service and products to reduce churn

Experience required

• A minimum of two years’ customer service and retentions and/or sales experience, ideally in an IT-related industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good all round PC skills, to enable navigation of our computer-based systems and procedures

Personal Skills

• Good attention to detail
• Good organisation skills
