Head of Business Intelligence Development

We are searching for a colleague for the following position:

Head of Business Intelligence Development Romania in our Bucharest-based development team.

What would you do?

You will…

…act as Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the German partners with regard to the status of the project or of the tasks assigned to the team
…guide and train the employees in your team
…split and share tasks among the team members, based on each member capability, reassign a task if needed,
…set-up tasks priorities as well as the internal deadlines for those tasks;
…be involved in the hiring process
…monitor the performance of the team members and puts in place a plan for growing the team capability to deliver better business results,
…Act as point of escalation for his team members, while preserving a good working relationship with those involved in the process

If you have:
…Minimum three years of people management experience
…Relevant Business Intelligence experience (databases, reporting systems, decision cockpits, etc.)

Would be a plus:
…Project Management experience
…Service Management experience
…German language skills
