Your role in team:

We are looking for people who are interested in developing their career with us, as we develop our software team.

You will server as the customer’s focal point for all operation related issues including technical requests, project schedule and manpower. Usually you will work closely with the company’s R&D, Delivery managers and professional services team in order to achieve needed tasks.

You will manage all operation related interactions with the client and be fully responsible for the project budget.

Also, you will work independently or with a team of technical project managers and R&D employees on all technical aspects of the project including Design, Integration, QA and support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Computer science or other relevant education; – PMI Certification – Advantage; – Over 3 years of related experience; – Technical background; – Experienced interfacing internally with sales, development, product management, implementation, client services and executive management principals and team members; – A wide knowledge and understanding of the retail industry; – Superior and innovative problem-solving skills; – Strong customer facing skills; – Good communication/presentation skills; – The ability to work both in a team and as an individual; – Extrovert, self-motivated and flexible; – Advanced English knowledge.
