Overview of your role inside the team:

As a Software Quality Engineer at Pentalog and having a strong practical experience of minimum 1-2 years, your added value will be your constant awareness of what the customers need and your self-confidence in ensuring the quality throughout the product development life-cycle.

More concrete details on what you will do: – Understanding the functionality of an application; – Bug-tracking; – Conceiving and writing the testing plans and charts; – Manual and automatized testing; – Writing reports based on the testing results; – Providing feedback to the development teams and ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements: report test results, enter problems and issues into the bug database, update bug reports as needed including bug report closure; – Offering solutions and alternatives in order to reach a maximum performance and ergonomics.

What it takes to join us:

- Very good understanding of the functional specifications of a product and of the life-cycle of an IT project; – Previous relevant software testing experience (manual and automatic), trouble-shooting – minimum 1-2 years; – Excellent knowledge of MS Office; – Knowledge in Database and OOP concept; – Experience with bug-tracking management tools; – English is mandatory; – Very good communication skills, problem solving attitude, flexibility, team work spirit.

Your role in team:
